Surprise! Healthy Eating Saves Money

For those who missed it, the New York Times Sunday Review featured a great article debunking the myth that eating junk food costs less than eating healthy. It’s written by the brilliant Mark Bittman, and there’s nothing more I can add to what he said. But I encourage everyone to read his piece and weigh the benefits of cheaper, more healthful eating at the expense of a little more time in the kitchen. Think of it this way: you’re getting paid to eat at home.
